Funny

They thought I was

Funny

Because I did things.

You know,

Like someone who was

Curious.

They didn't understand,

In their pursuit of

Numbness.

They couldn't see through the

Fog

Of comatose synapses.

They wouldn't risk

Being

Blinded by the

Revelation of a placating

Fear.

They didn't want to know

They'd always had the

Power to

Vaporize,

With mere thoughts,

Those things that kept them

Caged

In lockless

Prisons.

Yes.

They thought I was

Funny.
