Poem About Spring

Heads down, unaware of

things around

Going about our business

no time for gentle kisses.

The sun peaks through a crack

in a cloud

Reminding us to look up and

take a breath

And see what we’ve been

missing:

The renewal of life through

colors and sounds.

Are you looking?

Are you listening?
